At Bonnie Homes we pride ourselves on our team effort. With as many homes as we have going on at the same time we rely on our Project Managers to maintain the work flow, monitor all decisions, supervise quality control, promote lines of communication and insure that we are focused on the Bonnie Homes standard of quality. Bonnie is a stickler for details and encourages innovation and improvement. The Bonnie Homes template outlining the guidelines of how the Complete Home Renovation process is to be executed, specifications, inclusions, finishes and budget are reviewed and discussed thoroughly before the commencement of any project. In addition, to the day to day supervision of the Project Managers, weekly visits by Bonnie and the Marketing Team are scheduled to review progress and make timely corrections if necessary to make sure the product achieves its goal - client satisfaction.
Bonnie, Project Manager/GC
Bonnie emigrated from Poland over 20 years ago. She has grown her career as a successful real estate broker since 1988 having worked for both small and large real estate firms including over 6 years at RE/MAX. As a real estate developer, she has renovated hundreds of properties including single family homes, apartment buildings, condos and town homes.
Construction Managers
With generations of Old World, European Craftsmanship in their heritage and training, the Bonnie Homes Construction Manager is responsible for all parts of the construction process including; scheduling, quality control, timelines, detail finish, code enforcement, and on-site safety. They ensure the Bonnie Homes product standard and level of customer service with prompt follow-through on any warranty work.
Our construction managers are licensed general contractors, with years of experience and knowledge in Construction Coordination/Organization and Home Building.

Mark has the unique ability to explain the core principles of home construction in an easily understandable way. Mark has built, managed, and remodeled a wide range of properties, and forged relationships across related industries. In addition, a love of Architecture, coupled with extensive world travel, gives Mark a complete and worldly understanding of architectural design, style and function.
